one of the conflicts was when they went off the path because they were vary vary hungry and they saw lights and thought people were having a fest so they when to try and get some but when they got close the lights went out and a little bit later they saw them again but this time they would just send bilbo so they would not be afead but they wrer and they went away for good the dwarvs were trying tto find bilbo but they coould not bilbo ran in to a bib spiter web and he cut it aparet and killed the spiter with his dagger and he whent to look for them and he ran in to mere spiters and thay were talking about the dwarvs and he saw them in the not done
when i was 6 years old me and my dad went to liens den gorge it felt like it took ours to get thar even thou it is only about 5 minuts away when we got their i got on my bootd and jaket and hat and we starteb walkin we walked over a var vary long brige i seen tertels and lootsb of frogs and a duck i ask if next time we could go fishing but he seag that thar were no fish in the pond so we whent on we saw big trees little trees with sirip thing atached to thenm and lots and lots of birds then we got to lake mishegan it was so so so beautiful i was picking up smooth rocks and then i seen people throuing glass so i tlod my dad and he told them to stop i was picking up wood then and then i put every thing in a bag i found and we started to go back to the van and we saw the people throuing glass and my dad sead stop and then they left we walk a litle bit more when i saw a frog so i ran after it i was running 4 a lone 5tim and i cougt it but then i look back and my dad was gone so i found a path and i dident noo what way to go so i when left and i came out at the beethch and then i seen the people that were throuing glass so i ran back the other way and every time i seen some one i asked if thay have seen my dad
and half of the people sead nand walked away finalysome one helped me find him i think every ine els thst i asked dident help me becaus i was soo tall and they that i was older i shoowd my dad the frog and then i let it go and we left.~ How did this connect to Bilbo's adventure? If Thorin could have lived, do you think he would have regretted his greed? What do you think Tolkien is trying to teach us about material wealth by Thorin's death? In your response, site textual evidence to support your response. Use page numbers too.
I think that Tolkien is trying to tell us that we should not be greedy and share what we have and expecaly i we have a lot i thik that thorin would regret his greed. ~Why? What did Tolkien say through Thorin that supports your statement? ~Mrs. Best
